Contract Details

• This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the potential for extension and/or permanency.

Your Role

As a Nurse Trainer, your role is to deliver education to clinical staff on Baxter IV solutions, sets, connectors, and infusion pumps. You will provide educational in-services to Baxter customers and potential customers based on individual and regional needs. Additionally, you will offer post-support and follow-up hospital in-servicing as needed.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in scheduled customer meetings and conference calls to review in-servicing expectations and customer context prior to account implementations.
• Ensure clear and concise delivery of scripted and Baxter-approved in-servicing regarding medication delivery products being implemented.
• Actively solicit participation in in-services by customer clinicians.
• Maintain high visibility within the account during the implementation period.
• Provide written attendance updates to the Clinical Services Coordinator at the end of each shift.
• Work with customers to facilitate improved in-servicing attendance as per the Daily Attendance Record.
• Provide post-support for each product conversion as required.
• Submit any product complaints through the appropriate process.
