Job summary

Heart Pharmacy Group is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our Heart at Home team on a temporary contract basis. The role involves providing medication dispensing services to clients in the community, including insulin management where required.

Based in Greater Victoria, the position is a temporary contract for 1 month. The ideal candidate will hold BC registration, be reliable, have a valid BC driver's license, and a clean criminal record check.

Join Our Heart at Home Team as a Temporary Contract Nurse!

Heart Pharmacy’s St. Anthony’s Clinic is looking for a passionate LPN or RN to join our Heart at Home team on a temporary contract basis.

Heart at Home provides mobile medication dispensing services throughout Greater Victoria. We do not currently provide general in-home patient care.

Location: Greater Victoria

Position Type: Temporary Contract for 1 month

Compensation: LPN rate $38/hour+ | RN rate $45/hour+

Role Summary
