Yale Medical Centre, a newly renovated clinic located on Granville Street, is looking to expand their team.
They are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their clinical team. As part of a multidisciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively within the team and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.
This position can be full-time or part-time and is salaried. The clinic aims to add a Nurse Practitioner committed to providing primary care to the surrounding community. This initiative supports the development of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.
Patient care and charting are flexible, allowing the NP to set their schedule. The clinic can accommodate fewer than 30 patients per day per NP.
Part-time NP candidates will be considered, with the expectation to transition into full-time employment eventually.
