Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical guidance and telemedicine support across Canada. You will triage patient requests, offer education, and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists and nurses.

The role requires 2 years of direct NP experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work within provincial privacy and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Canada.
• Minimum 2 years direct NP clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in French/English where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care advice, education and support to patients across Canada.
• Triage patient requests and provide appropriate clinical recommendations and coaching.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and nurses to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Lead telemedicine program activities and liaise with providers and patients.
