Requirements

We’re looking for
  • A Registered Nurse Practitioner. This role is based in Victoria, BC, with some clinic time and flexibility to deliver both virtual and in-person care. We’ll help the right candidate relocate to Victoria if needed.
  • A solid foundation in primary care with experience supporting patients across a wide range of health needs. Deep understanding of best practices in primary care, ensuring top-quality care and continuity for each patient.
  • Passion and knowledge in pediatrics. Experience working with children, understanding pediatric care nuances, and tailoring approaches to meet the needs of young patients and their families.
  • Outstanding communication skills. Ability to listen, educate patients, coordinate with colleagues, and document care plans with clarity and compassion.
  • A commitment to growth: Passion for learning and continuous development; openness to exploring new ideas and approaches to service delivery.
