About the Role:

We're hiring 1–2 part-time Registered Nurse Practitioners to support our upcoming Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy program at our Oakville location. This casual, contract-based role offers hourly pay per service and flexible hours, ideal for those interested in an emerging field of mental health care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions holistically
• Manage individual and group care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support clients and families, supervise team members

Compensation & Benefits:

• $70/hr to $80/hr

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Advanced Nursing Practice, current NP registration in Ontario
• 2+ years experience in mental health, psychiatry, or psychotherapy nursing
• Current BLS/ACLS and mental health first aid certifications
• Interest or training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, trauma-informed care
• Willingness to enroll in PaT training

Additional Skills:

• Ability to respond to adverse reactions and emergencies
• Provide harm reduction and safety training
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, culturally responsive approach
• Availability for casual, part-time hours based on demand

Preferred:

• Experience with psychedelic modalities (ketamine, MDMA, psilocybin)
• Experience in interdisciplinary or private practice settings
