The salary range for this position is CAD $59.56 - $85.62 / hour

Job Summary
Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner in Patient Assessment and Transition to Home (PATH) providing Locum coverage at Peace Arch Hospital and the communities of South Surrey and White Rock, B.C.. This relief part-time role offers flexible hours until May 2026 or the return of the incumbent. As a nurse practitioner in the PATH unit, you'll serve as the Most Responsible Provider (MRP) for inpatient care, supporting complex discharge planning and community transition for medically stable ALC patients.

This role offers opportunities to develop skills in complex assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, geriatric care, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with participation in on-call rotations and clinical skills development programs.
