SOAR Community Services in Brantford, ON is hiring a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to join the Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services Team. You will assess, treat, and support individuals in acute withdrawal and during a 5-week treatment program, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
This role emphasizes harm reduction, trauma-informed care and client-centred practice, with opportunities to influence best practices and support transitions back to the community.
Salary Range: $115,616.00 To $128,193.00 Annually

We are recruiting for a Full Time Nurse Practitioner. This role is a vital part of our Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services Team, supporting individuals in acute withdrawal and those in our 5-week treatment program. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you’ll assess, treat, and support individuals on their recovery journey while helping shape best practices and strengthen care across the system. This position includes a unique opportunity to support client transition back to the community through follow up at the RAAM (Rapid Access Addictions Medicine).
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and client-centred practice.
