Southlake’s Regional Cardiac Program is the 4th largest cardiac center in Ontario that provides care for patients requiring cardiac surgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and advanced heart failure management. The program offers tertiary and quaternary cardiac services for residents in York Region and Simcoe-Muskoka and is proud of the clinical advancements provided to the communities served. Responsibilities:
Engage in direct and indirect advanced clinical practice, education, research, and consultation within the Structural Heart Program to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to patients and families.
Actively participate as part of the Structural Heart Program as well as the professional leadership team in promoting quality care by implementing evidence-based practices, evaluating patient outcomes, and developing and evaluating policies, clinical programs, and services.
