Reporting to the Director of the Regional Cardiac Care Program at Southlake Regional Health Centre, the Nurse Practitioner is an integral member of the Regional Cardiac Care Program (RCCP). Southlake’s RCCP is one of the four largest cardiac regional programs in Ontario and provides regional cardiac care within York Region, Simcoe, and South Simcoe.
