Jarlette Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their interdisciplinary team. This role involves providing primary health care, collaborating with medical professionals, and leading nursing services. Candidates must have a current nursing license, relevant education, and experience in primary health care. The position is contingent on proof of COVID-19 vaccinations and other screenings.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a third party contractor and forms part of the interdisciplinary management team with the role of practitioner, consultant, educator and advocate. The NP practices autonomously, offering the full scope of primary health care nurse practitioner practice. He/she functions as a member of the interdisciplinary care team in the development, implementation and evaluation of the resident's plan of care. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with Medical Directors, other physicians and community services and agencies in the provision of primary health care for patients. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the Directors of Care in the provision and advancement of nursing services, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and evaluation of the Nursing department.
