About the Nurse Practitioner Team:
The Nurse Practitioner team at STC provides low-barrier addictions medicine care to individuals with substance use disorders in a variety of settings, including virtually through the Digital Front Door program, within Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinics (Guelph and Fergus), in-home withdrawal support alongside the Community Withdrawal Support Services (CWSS) team, and in a residential withdrawal management setting through Grand River Withdrawal Management.
The successful candidate has a passion for Addictions Medicine and embraces a harm-reduction approach to care. They will be joining a team of passionate Nurse Practitioners, Counsellors, and Peer Workers working across Waterloo-Wellington. Opportunities for professional development, addictions medicine consultation, and supervision will be provided.
