As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis, offering patients the best in aesthetic services.

Role Overview:

We are seeking aNurse Practitionerwho specializes in cosmetic injections. This position involves performing aesthetic consultations, administering injectable treatments, and developing customized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and wellness, along with the expertise to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care, with a focus on safety and treatment satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients, discussing their aesthetic goals and recommending tailored treatment plans.
• Explain treatment procedures and outcomes clearly to patients, ensuring they have a full understanding of the process and post-care requirements.
• Administer Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, and thread lifts with precision and safety, ensuring optimal results for each patient.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, including before and after photos, treatment details, and progress notes.
• Be responsive to patient questions, concerns, and follow-ups through both email and phone communication.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Stay up to date with the latest aesthetic techniques, safety protocols, and industry advancements through ongoing training and professional development.
• Collaborate with the medical director to ensure patient safety and satisfaction by implementing best practices.
• Follow clinic protocols for patient confidentiality, sterilization procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain clinic efficiency by following up with patients regularly and ensuring retention through excellent customer care.

Requirements:

• Completion of a provincially approved Nurse Practitioner (NP) program with an active NP license in British Columbia.
• We are looking to partner with as well same for doctors and they could only be family physicians aesthetic experience not required.
• We need both categories for NP and doctor
• Experience in conducting aesthetic assessments and curating treatment plans with an eye for detail and patient care.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex treatment information for patients.
• Ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
• Availability for part-time shifts, offering flexibility in scheduling.
