In this role, you will:

• Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
• Work together with Twig physicians to provide comprehensive and cohesive fertility care.
• Collaborate with Twig physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and evaluate customized care plans.
• Conduct patient consults, provide ongoing patient counselling, and coordinate any required testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and clinical services.
• Educate patients, colleagues, co-workers and the community about topics relevant to reproductive health and fertility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Master of Nursing or equivalent
• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Certificate or equivalent
• Current registration (Extended Class) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 5-10 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or equivalent
• Experience in fertility, reproductive health, or gynaecology an asset (not required)
