Job summary

Flowrence in Québec is seeking dynamic, independent primary care nurse practitioners (IPSPL) to work part-time across all regions. You will treat patients of all ages, provide prescriptions and preventive check-ups, in clinics as part of a flexible schedule.

Shifts include day and evening, with higher hourly rates on weekends. You will collaborate with an auxiliary nurse and tailor care to each patient, supported by a modern platform and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing and a postgraduate diploma in primary care required.
• Strong patient service orientation and the ability to manage complex caseloads.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and functional English.

Responsibilities

• Visit Flowrence clinics to conduct clinical assessments of patients with a nurse practitioner colleague.
• Provide patient care as a specialized front-line nurse practitioner.
• Make recommendations and refer patients to resources according to clinical needs.
• Follow up on test results and urgent reports as part of IPSPL practice.

Flowrence is looking for dynamic, independent primary care nurse practitioners (IPSPL) to work part-time in all regions of Québec. You would be required to work with clients of all ages to treat minor or more complex health problems, provide prescription refills and offer preventive check-ups.

Responsibilities

• Visit Flowrence clinics to conduct clinical assessments of patients (in pairs with an auxiliary nurse)
• Provide patient care in the role of specialized front-line nurse practitioner
• Make recommendations and refer patients to the appropriate resources according to their clinical situation
• Follow up on test results and urgent reports as part of your IPSPL practice

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing
• Post graduate diploma in primary care
• Access to a car, valid driver's license
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Fluency in spoken and written English (functional)
