A leading health services provider is seeking Nurse Practitioners to deliver vital health services in remote First Nations communities across Canada. Candidates will utilize their nursing expertise to provide culturally safe care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, contributing significantly to improving community health outcomes.
POSITIONS ARE IN REMOTE AND / OR ISOLATED COMMUNITIES
NU-CHN-04 – a full-time base annual salary of $117,800 to $133,863 (plus applicable allowances).
Part-time salary and allowances are prorated based on scheduled hours and work location.

A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates will be established to staff indeterminate or specified period, similar or identical positions at Indigenous Services Canada, First Nations and Inuit Health Branch with various tenures, locations, and / or linguistic profiles.
Duties Nurse Practitioners deliver comprehensive and community health nursing services to remote and / or isolated First Nations communities within Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, and Quebec. They provide in-depth nursing knowledge, skills, clinical expertise and advanced judgment through consultation, clinical practice, leadership, and facilitate knowledge transfer through health promotion and disease prevention.
