Job description

Our client is an award-winning private medical clinic. They are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team based in Oakville, Ontario. This is an on-site position.

The clinic is known for providing high-end, personalized care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Their beautiful facility is in a prime location with free parking, close to great amenities as well as the 403 and QEW. They offer a highly supportive environment with a great team, physician assistant support, ongoing training, and future growth opportunities.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Delivering personalized care using a Functional Medicine approach, including hormone optimization, gut health protocols, clinical nutrition, and joint injections
• Evaluating and developing personalized care plans for patients with hormonal imbalance and leaky gut
• Guiding patients through gut-healing and anti-inflammatory protocols
• Ordering and interpreting functional labs (hormones, gut microbiome, inflammatory markers)
• Prescribing and monitoring Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
• Collaborating with the Medical Director team to ensure delivery of a high standard of patient care in a high-end environment
• Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and follow-up care
• Recommending and managing oral supplements and lifestyle interventions
• Administering or supervising IV vitamin and mineral therapies
• Attending weekly patient events, offering education and building relationships with attendees
• Contributing to clinic operations by improving clinical SOPs and participating in team meetings
• Maintaining accurate records and communication using EMR and CRM systems

Qualifications:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• 2–5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience or certification in Functional Medicine (IFM or A4M)
• Must be experienced and comfortable administering joint injections
• Experience with bioidentical hormone therapy, IV nutrient therapy, oral supplementation and gut health protocols
• A believer in natural, root-cause-focused healing over symptom masking
• A team player who believes in the benefits of high-end private care
• Tech-savvy and confident using Google Suite, EMR, and CRM systems
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
• Interest in long-term career growth within a high-end, private-pay clinic environment
