Job summary

KYND International is recruiting Registered Nurses for full-time roles with comprehensive training and orientation. The position covers diverse specialties and includes defined orientation and a signing/retention bonus.

Compensation includes CAD hourly rates with weekend and night differentials and benefits such as health, dental, vision, and 401K. The RN will deliver compassionate nursing care, support patients with cardiopulmonary, neurological, and surgical needs, and uphold quality care

Qualifications

• Canadian citizenship (TN visa).
• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• NCLEX licensure or eligibility.
• 2 year assignment length.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure quality care.

We are hiring for multiple full-time positions in many specialties and offer full training and orientation.

Specialties needed:

Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU/CVICU, Progressive Care/Stepdown, Tele, and Med Surgical. A 6-to-14-week orientation will be provided.

Benefits:

• We are offering a $20,000 USD retention bonus.
• Hourly rates of $48 to $69 CAD per hour. ($4 weekend differentials and $5.50 nights)
