Job summary

KYND International in Halifax, Canada is hiring for multiple full-time Registered Nurse positions. You will provide general nursing care to a diverse patient population and participate in comprehensive training and orientation.

We offer competitive hourly rates CAD 48–69, weekend and night differentials, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401K/retirement plan, PTO, and discounted housing for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• NCLEX completed and CPR certified.
• Willing to commit to a 2-year assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to a diverse patient population with cardiopulmonary, neurological, and surgical conditions.
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Specialties needed:

Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU/CVICU, Progressive Care/Stepdown, Tele, and Med Surgical. A 6-to-14-week orientation will be provided.
