What You Will Work On
Under the direction of the Director of Care, theNURSE MANAGER will develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate Resident care services, supervise, direct and evaluate subordinate nursing staff, and ensure Resident and family satisfaction through continuous quality improvement initiatives.
