What You Will Be Doing
Clinic Operations Management:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
- Ensure clinics comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis & Decision-Making:- Analyze clinic performance data and patient feedback to make informed operational improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic performance.
Nursing Support:- Provide leadership and support to the nursing teams within the region.
- Collaborate with nursing teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with other departments to ensure clinic alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between clinics and senior leadership to communicate updates and implement strategic initiatives.
Assistance with New Launches & Messaging:- Support the Senior Manager and Director with new clinic launches and communications to the team.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of messaging related to new procedures, technologies, and services.
Physician Relationship Development:- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with physicians to increase clinic referrals and revenue.
Patient & Nurse Scheduling Oversight:- Ensure efficient scheduling of both patients and nursing staff, adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Review and approve shift schedules to optimize resource allocation and maintain cost efficiency.
Budget & Resource Management:- Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments according to program protocols.
- Complete necessary documentation following policies and procedures, and as directed by the College of Nurses and standards of practice.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain reliable availability based on the agreed-upon employment agreement to meet patient scheduling needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards as prescribed by professional associations.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions for nursing and clinic operations.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards as per the provincial Health and Safety Act.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as required.
About You:- Clinical Experience: Experience as a nurse is essential, usually several years in a clinical setting. This helps in understanding patient care needs and managing clinical operations effectively.
- Management Experience: Prior experience in a leadership or management role is crucial. This includes overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Being able to handle challenges, make decisions under pressure, and resolve conflicts efficiently are essential skills for this role.
- Relevant certificate/education.
