Qualifications

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Responsibilities

• Direct staff assignments and patient flow.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for nursing staff.
• Provide frontline nursing care as required and lead quality patient care initiatives.
• Support operational priorities and coordinate care across interprofessional teams.
