Job description

Avanti Le Spa, a premier destination for luxury beauty and medispa services, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Nurse Injector to join our team under the expert guidance of Dr. Ines Naman. We are looking for a passionate nurse injector who is not only experienced in delivering high-quality medical aesthetic treatments but is also savvy with social media and has the ability to attract and retain their own clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer injectable treatments (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) and other medical aesthetic services.
• Conduct consultations with clients, providing expert recommendations on treatments based on individual needs.
• Ensure client safety and satisfaction by following established protocols and maintaining a high standard of care.
• Collaborate with Dr. Naman to stay current with the latest techniques and trends in medical aesthetics.
• Create engaging content for social media (before / after photos, treatment videos, educational posts) to enhance personal and clinic visibility.
• Build and nurture your own client base by leveraging social media platforms and providing exceptional service that promotes client retention.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical aesthetic treatments.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Nurse (RN or NP) with a certification in administering injectables and medical aesthetics (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers).
• Previous experience in a medispa or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with a strong desire to help clients achieve their best results.
• Active on social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) with a proven ability to generate content and engage with followers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in generating client leads and building relationships.
