Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a degree in Nursing Education or related subject area or equivalent education, training or experience.
• Two years of recent/relevant work experience including gerontology, home care and special care.
• Requires up-to-date CPR Level C with AED, PART, WHMIS, and eligibility for CRNS/ERS registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide theoretical and practical instruction for the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Continuing Care Assistant Certificate program.
• Plan and deliver classroom, lab, and clinical learning experiences.
• Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance and support.
