Job Summary :
Nurse Consultants (NCs) play an important role in the case management team by assessing and reviewing medical reports to identify and mitigate risk factors that impact recovery and return to work (RTW). They apply nursing knowledge, skill and judgement when providing clinical advice, opinion and guidance. They support the development of recovery plans for Injured Persons (IPs) and interpret medical/clinical findings to ensure case progression towards the best possible RTW, recovery, and quality of life outcomes.
