Job description

• Collaborate with SeniorNurse Manager/ Director Nursing to define and develop plans that enable full participation for department innovative approaches to meet objectives
• Lead and evaluate patient care activities by the staff to ensure care delivery is in accordance to established policies and procedures and guidelines
• Conduct discharge planning and teaching for patients and/or caregivers
• 3-rotating shift including PH
  and weekends
• Morning – 7am to 4pm; Afternoon – 12pm to 9pm; Night – 8.30pm to 7.30am
