Job Summary :

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Nurse Call & RTLS Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing multiple healthcare technologies including but not limited to RTLS and nurse call systems.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Service, install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and inspect RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with network electronic systems and software.
  • Commission front-end workstations & servers.
  • Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Ensure customer requests and status are followed up on time and professionally.
  • Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls.
  • Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with managers, engineers, technicians, clients, and consulting engineers.
  • Effectively communicate and maintain project status with management, contractors, and customers.
Qualifications :
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-5 years related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems.
  • Computer literate with networking ability and good knowledge of operating systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • System integration and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in system integration, network topology, and virtual environments.
  • Experience with ICT design in healthcare environments.
  • Experience delivering RTLS and nurse call solutions.
  • Technical writing skills for documentation of problem resolution and solutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology deployments.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
