Job Description

The Occupational Health Nurse is accountable for assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of the health and risks for Health Care Providers employed with Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Occupational Health Nurse integrates clinical expertise with occupational health and public health methodologies to provide confident, ethical, autonomous decisions to fulfill the Occupational Health Nurse scope of practice.

Experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Occupational Health or Public Health Nursing
Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Occupational Health and Safety diploma
Other Education and Training
  • Occupational Health Nursing certificate is acceptable
