Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) for St Josephs Hospital in Estevan. You will lead nursing teams on Unit A, mentor staff, and drive quality improvement to ensure safe patient care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

Required BScN with CRNS eligibility, BLS, and 3 years acute care plus leadership experience preferred. This is a full‑time temporary role with days shifts and a 3‑week rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required.
• Registered/eligible with CRNS.
• Three years acute care experience preferred.
• One year clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation is an asset.

Job Description: The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is an experienced Registered Nurse who provides frontline clinical leadership, expert nursing support, staff mentorship, and quality improvement guidance to promote safe, high-quality patient care, enhance team effectiveness, and support efficient unit operations specifically on Unit A. The CRN works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, clinical nurse educator, Quality Improvement leads and other SHA partners to ensure that best, leading and evidence-based practices are used to provide high quality, safe care.

Experience
