Job summary

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Part-time RN/RPN for the Long Term Care Nursing Unit at Watrous District Health Complex. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Candidates must be registered (CRPNS or CRNS) with a BScN or equivalent. A Psychiatric Nursing diploma or related nursing qualifications are acceptable, with experience in long-term care and strong communication skills.

Job Description: Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN/RPN provides accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. An ability to communicate effectively with families and the health care team is required. The individual must possess a progressive and innovative approach to long term care.
