A regional health authority is seeking a part-time nurse for the Chronic Resident Unit in Edam. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while promoting quality improvement practices. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.
