Job summary

Interior Health’s Kelowna General Hospital in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join the Medical Imaging department. The role is a Relief Part Time (0.58) position with Monday to Friday shifts and weekends/statutory holidays off, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have CAMRT certification and a CAMRT-recognized Nuclear Medicine Technology program, with a commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services

Qualifications

  • Must possess CAMRT Certification.
  • Must have CAMRT-recognized Nuclear Medicine Technology program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services to inpatients and outpatients.
  • Shifts Monday to Friday; weekends and statutory holidays off.

About the Job

Nuclear Medicine Technologists at KGH work with a broad demographic of both inpatients and outpatients, providing a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services.

This is a Relief Part Time (0.58) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled Monday to Friday with weekends and stat off.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program recognized by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
  • Current certification with CAMRT.
