Job summary

Morson Edge (Canada) is seeking Civil Engineers with nuclear site experience to support ongoing design and outage projects in Ontario. This contract role offers hybrid work with 2 days on site in Toronto or Bruce County, and opportunities to contribute to plant modifications and field execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of engineering experience, an active OPG/Bruce Power clearance, and strong communication to coordinate across disciplines within a nuclear generating station environment.

Qualifications

Two years of practical engineering experience.
Active OPG/Bruce Power site clearance required.
Experience in nuclear generating stations preferred.

Responsibilities

Review civil/structural drawings, specs and calculations.
Participate in field walkdowns, inspections and constructability reviews.
Support field execution, installation activities and outage work.
Address field changes and technical issues during implementation.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with nuclear procedures, codes and standards.
Support engineering change control and design closeout activities.
Provide technical support for civil and structural modifications within the plant.
