Reporting to the Head of Corporate Actions and Income Processing in the UK, with a dotted line to the President of Global Asset Servicing in the US, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our North American operations, growing the business, achieving financial targets, and leading sales and marketing efforts.

You will play a key role in shaping, influencing, and designing strategies to support one of the fastest-growing business lines in the Western hemisphere. You will lead and influence a team of product, development, and QA associates, overseeing all aspects of our expanding business and delivering our industry-leading platform.

This role requires a strong developer of people, client, and market-centric strategies, along with excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills. You will nurture talent, develop and deliver our product roadmap, innovate new products and services, encourage staff mobility, and champion growth, all while providing exceptional client service during periods of rapid expansion. The successful candidate can be located in the US or Canada and must be willing to travel to clients and offshore locations.

Broadridge has experienced revenue growth across products and geographies, with a renewed focus on our Wealth Management Solution. We aim to accelerate this growth and modernize our products, procedures, and organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Expand and modernize our product offerings, collaborating with solutions, sales, and marketing to increase sales, professional service revenue, and brand awareness.
  2. Secure and implement investments to enhance our products, leveraging emerging technologies like AI to transform our industry and offerings.
  3. Deliver superior client service and experience, helping clients mitigate risks.
  4. Work with and influence Global Centers of Excellence to ensure product alignment and consistent client service.
  5. Lead efforts to modernize our people, tools, technology, and processes.
  6. Manage revenue and expenses, planning and executing accordingly.
  7. Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of new products and services.
  8. Drive thought leadership within the industry.
  9. Develop the organization and motivate the team to meet financial, client service, and sales targets continuously.
  10. Communicate effectively, inspiring, being transparent, and utilizing new media.
  11. Be a positive voice and thoughtful leader in the Corporate Actions and Income Processing segment.
  12. Maintain strong industry relationships, including with SIFMA, regulators, and clients. Ideally, the candidate already has this network and is well-regarded in the industry.
  13. Formulate and execute a compelling strategic vision and success plan.
  14. Lead change initiatives and ensure organizational alignment in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  2. Visionary, versatile, and highly skilled, with an executive leadership trajectory.
  3. 8-10 years of experience leading diverse, global teams in Corporate Actions and Income Processing.
  4. Background in Wealth Management within Financial Services is preferred.
  5. Proven ability to develop and deliver digital and advisor product capabilities.
  6. Experience using data to enhance service capabilities like next-best actions and analytics.
  7. Strong understanding of client reporting technology, marketplace, and emerging tech like AI.
  8. Track record of planning and executing large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.
  9. Proven success in exceeding sales and financial targets, including profit margins.
  10. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
  11. Values diversity and balances decision timing effectively.
  12. Ability to close sales deals, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  13. Robust industry relationships with C-suite executives in Wealth Management.
  14. Client and market-centric approach.
  15. Strong business acumen and pragmatic decision-making skills.
  16. Change management expertise.
  17. Strategic planning and execution skills, with attention to detail.
  18. Proven ability to build effective teams and develop talent.
  19. Capacity to grow responsibilities within Broadridge.

Salary range: $225,000 - $250,000. Bonus eligible. Broadridge considers various factors in final salary determination, including experience, skills, and education.
