Noodle California is seeking a Full-time Chef.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.62~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: Suite 410, 1185 Prosperity Way, Williams Lake, BC V2G 0A6

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
2. Supervise the work of cooks and other kitchen staff.
3. Demonstrate cooking staff to new techniques and equipment.
4. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
5. Develop menus and ensure that all food meets established quality standards.
6. Prepare dishes tailored to customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
7. Manage the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
8. Coordinate the purchase and repair of kitchen equipment.
9. Order food and other necessary kitchen supplies.
10. Instruct cooks in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
