Job summary

EY in Montreal seeks a Manager for Non-Financial Risk and Controls (French bilingual) to lead risk engagements across ERM, ORM, TPRM, and data risk programs. You will oversee teams, budgets, and senior stakeholder communications while shaping IT governance and control transformations.

You will guide clients on policy design, risk management frameworks, and SOX/ICFR-related controls, collaborating cross-functionally with multidiscipline teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, internal audit, risk, or controls.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Business, STEM, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, SOX, ICFR, ITGCs, ERM, ORM, TPRM, Digital Risk, or Data Risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk engagements and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee risk management policies, processes, and control environments.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to proposals and business development.
