Job description

Entry level position into the NOC. Customer service focused with basic technical troubleshooting abilities.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Trouble ticket creation.

  • Dispatch creation.

  • Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for Ethernet, Internet, and SONET/ TDM circuits. Triage essentially.

  • Network monitoring.
