Responsibilities include reading blueprints, framing, drywall, siding, concrete forming, and fixture installations on residential and commercial projects, while collaborating with team members to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficient in carpentry techniques including woodworking, drywall, siding and concrete forming.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment and welding equipment.
• Heavy lifting done safely with proper ergonomics.
• Familiar with concrete finishing and restoration processes.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented craftsmanship.
• Good communication to follow instructions and work with the team.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.

• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks to create durable foundations and structures.
• Install siding, drywall, doors, windows, and other fixtures with precision.
• Conduct restoration work on existing structures by replacing damaged components or updating finishes.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean job site.
