THE ROLE OF WAITER OR WAITRESS IN NOBU RESTAURANT

As a Waiter or Waitress at Nobu restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating an exceptional experience for our guests
• Having a complete understanding of the menu and concept
• Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards
• Preparing all service elements in advance, including table setup, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper, etc.
• Attending and participating in briefings and team meetings, sharing insights with the team
• Supporting, training, and developing new team members, making them feel welcome
• Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized, crafted experiences
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen team at all times
• Representing Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and philosophies

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Waiter or Waitress role
