An educational council in Northwestern Ontario is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director and senior management. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills, manage tasks independently, and have experience with Microsoft Office. A background in office administration is required, with fluency in Oji-Cree, Cree or Ojibway as an asset. A salary will be determined based on education and experience.

The Administrative Assistant is an experienced professional responsible for providing support to the Executive Director of Northern Nishnawbe Education Council. The Administrative Assistant is required to maintain confidentiality, to exhibit professionalism and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Administrative Assistant will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and will perform their duties efficiently and accurately with little or no supervision.
Salary: Salary level will commensurate with education and experience
