Ninja Japanese and Korean Restaurant is looking for F/T Cooks.

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.75~$19.75/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 4605 Lakelse Avenue, Terrace, BC V8G 1P9
• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes
• Oversee kitchen operation
• Maintain inventory and records of food, kitchen supplies and equipment
• Ensure kitchen and food service area clean and sanitized
• Schedule and supervise the activities of the kitchen assistant
• Order food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and equipment when required
• Plan menus, regulate size of food portions, and estimate food requirements and costs
• Recruit and train new kitchen assistants in food preparation, cooking, and usage of kitchen equipment

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
