Zusammenfassung

Retailors is seeking a Store Lead to drive sales and lead store operations for Nike retail locations in Canada. You will engage customers with product knowledge, supervise department activities, and oversee complex transactions to ensure a superior shopping experience.

You will guide teams in Shipping/Receiving, cashier duties, and visual merchandising while aligning daily work with brand plans and company goals. A pathway to growth within a luxury athletic brand awaits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail experience.
• 1+ years leadership experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities
• Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance
