POSITION: SALES LEAD

LOCATION: Guildford Town Centre

Are you ready?

As a Lead working for Retailors Sports NA, the official operating partner of Nike in Alberta, you will play a key role in our store's success.

What You Will Do:

1. Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right products and drive sales.
2. Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all associate activities, including handling complex transactions and customer service situations.
3. Provide expertise in areas such as Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandising.

What We Would Love to See:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Cash handling experience
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
