Position Overview

As a Back of House Coach and Assistant Manager, your mission is to support the store's success by creating a premium environment for customers and employees, implementing programs to meet business goals, and supporting daily store operations alongside the Head Coach.

Main Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Manage all store functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Oversee daily operational procedures and ensure smooth sales floor operations.
• Model efficiency and best practices; assist the team in achieving sales and key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health and safety standards, and hold teams accountable.
• Communicate plans and initiatives from leadership to staff, and provide high-level customer service knowledge.
• Coach team members to meet sales and service standards, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, merchandised, and policies are followed.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff updates.

Back of House Operations

• Monitor shipments, maintain cleanliness and organization of BOH area, and ensure safety standards.
• Perform inventory counts, manage discrepancies, and control stock levels.
• Manage markdowns, promotions, and product placement efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
