Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient ePayments Canada Inc. is seeking a Vault Custodian to manage plastics and ensure inventory accuracy. The role coordinates with production, suppliers and customer service to balance card stock and fulfill card requests.

Responsibilities include issuing plastics for production, logging cards into the vault, maintaining accurate counts, and performing monthly inventories while upholding safety and organization standards.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple inventories and requests.
• Good math skills and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and record keeping.
• Attention to detail in all vault processes.

Responsibilities

• Issue plastics for production and remakes.
• Receive cards into the vault and verify counts vs docket.
• Receive products and log into vault; audit counts and update system.
• Process customer requests for cards and update inventory.
• Audit, label, seal and store card boxes and file boxes.
• Respond to queries from customer service and other departments.
• Perform monthly inventories of card stock and audits as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area and comply with safety procedures.
• Support other duties as required.
