Are you a confident Support Worker driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care in a specialist enhanced support environment?

About Us

You'll work 42 hours a week nights only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.

Shift Pattern: Nights (8pm - 8am)

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
