Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Canada is seeking a Night Shuttle Driver for Ottawa to collect, transport and occasionally sample environmental/medical specimens across Ontario and Quebec. You will collaborate with the Shuttles Supervisor and reception teams to ensure timely deliveries to Ottawa and Montreal locations.

The role requires a clean Ontario driver’s license, ability to lift 40lb cold packs, and strong bilingual communication in English and French.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current clean Ontario driving license.
• Able to lift 40lb coolers.
• Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of environmental samples considered an asset.
• Self-starter, ambitious and energetic.
• A minimum French and English is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, receive, and occasionally sample environmental/medical samples across Ontario and Quebec.
• Work closely with the sample reception team and Shuttles Supervisor to collect client samples and deliver to Ottawa and Montreal locations.
• Support the sample reception team with bottle orders, client interactions, and various preparation tasks.
• Ensure Eurofins van is serviced and maintained correctly.
• Deliver samples to Eurofins locations in Quebec and support Ottawa reception operations.
• On occasion sampling at client sites.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Under direct supervision from the Shuttles Supervisor, this position is responsible for collecting, transporting, receiving, and occasionally sampling environmental/medical samples across Ontario and Quebec.

• Working closely with the sample reception team and Shuttles Supervisor to efficiently collect client samples and deliver to the various Eurofins locations in Ottawa and Montreal.
• Supporting the sample reception team with bottle orders, client interactions, various preparation tasks.

• Delivering samples to Eurofins locations in Quebec.
• Supporting the Ottawa sample reception operations to receive samples.
