About The Role

We are seeking Working Foreman – Night Shift to join our team for an outage near Anzac. As a Working Foreman, you will lead a crew in the safe and efficient execution of work while also actively participating in hands-on tasks. Camp accommodations are provided along with a $50/night camp bonus.

Schedule & Work Hours

  • Night Shift Only
  • Aug. 25 – Aug. 29: 10-hour shifts
  • Long weekend break
  • Sept. 3 – Sept. 7 : 12-hour shifts

PPE & Safety Requirements

  • Clean-shaven
  • OCL Provided: Coveralls, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and specialty PPE (respirators, etc.).
  • Employee Provided: CSA-approved work boots, and FR-rated clothing with high-visibility stripes (if not wearing OCL-supplied coveralls)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise crew members to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
  • Plan daily tasks, assign work, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Actively participate in hands-on work while maintaining oversight of the crew
  • Identify and address potential issues before they impact schedule, cost, or safety
  • Complete daily reports, timesheets, and other required documentation

Education/Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Lead Hand in an industrial construction environment
  • Mechanical live plant experience is an asset
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Must have: H2S Alive
  • Hands-on trade experience (pipefitting, welding, mechanical, or related field preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
  • Valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and ability to pass pre-employment requirements
  • Must be able to work legally in Canada
