Job summary

Albert Bartlett is seeking a reliable Wash Plant Operator / FLT Driver for our night shift in Airdrie. The role involves operating and monitoring the wash plant, and using FLT to move bulk potato boxes. You will work Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with a competitive hourly rate and shift allowance.

Experience in production or manufacturing is advantageous, and a valid FLT licence is preferred. Full training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• FLT licence preferred.
• Experience operating machinery or working within a production/manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the wash plant to ensure production targets are met.
• Use a Fork Lift Truck (FLT) to collect and transport bulk potato boxes.
• Assist with intake operations as required.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and housekeeping.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
