Job summary

Tim Hortons in Toronto is seeking a Night Shift Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours. You will be the first friendly face guests meet and help produce popular bakery items, while maintaining speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task. Growth opportunities to Trainer or Supervisor may be available for high performers. Accommodation available on request.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
• Friendly and outgoing

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and friendly service at all times
• Be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them and answering questions
• Demonstrate multi-tasking and teamwork in a fast-paced night shift
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety guidelines
